According to Verydarkman, the ongoing #EndBadGovernance protests in Kaduna and Kano have gotten out of control, with protesters waving Russian flags and chanting slogans demanding the removal of President Bola Tinubu.
Verydarkman reported seeing protesters in Kaduna and Kano holding Russian flags and chanting “End Nigeria”.
The Kaduna State Government has imposed a 24-hour curfew after the breakdown of law and order persisted.
Protesters and residents have been dispersed by security operatives in the Kaduna metropolis.
The military has also warned that it will not tolerate any further breakdown of law and order.Police have arrested 31 people, including producers and distributors of the Russian flags, in Kano and Kaduna.
The protesters are demanding the removal of President Bola Tinubu and want Russia to intervene, similar to the situation in Niger.
It is clear that the protests have escalated beyond their original purpose and are now posing a serious threat to public safety and stability.
The authorities must take firm action to restore order and prevent further escalation of violence.
The protesters should be urged to express their grievances through peaceful and lawful means.
